ProCrewz - Mobile App Identity

ProCrewz is a cloud-based mobile app with a connected desktop client portal. The app was launched a couple years ago but has been rapidly evolving with the needs of its market in terms of features and capabilities.
I began by creating the logo and accompanying visual identity for the platform when it first launched,
and have been the lead Art Director for this client and their product as it evolves.

Re-Design

The first step in the ProCrewz brand identity refresh was a new and improved logo mark. I researched competitor marks to make sure the options I began sketching were original. Playing with the P and C in the ProCrewz name, I began really leaning towards a typographic identity mark. But, I also wanted the logo to work as a more unique
shape that would serve as a foundation to the rest of the brand identity, hence why I arrived at the merged PC shape.
And since ProCrewz started as an app only, I enclosed the letters in a rounded holding square. The mark just felt exactly right to represent the product - a continuous path (representing ongoing innovation) that was specific
yet original being formed out of the ProCrewz name initials with a modern take.

ProCrewz in Motion

ProCrewz became an entirely synced cloud-based mobile app and client portal in 2021, allowing a seamless experience for event managers and their remote workforce. To communicate this to their current and future clients, ProCrewz needed an informational video that described how to use the new elements of the powerful platform. Alongside our copywriter who wrote the script, I created the below video, that involved screen recordings of both the app and desktop portal, and also choosing and implementing stock that brings ProCrewz to life in this feature.

 
 
 

Event Experience

Once live tradeshows were back on, ProCrewz wanted to show off their new app features at the NAB Tradeshow in Las Vegas. The delivery date came up quickly, so I worked with a freelancer who converted the content into vertical formatting fit for the digital screens. I also synced up with the tradeshow techs to provide an in-brand menu design for viewers to browse features.
